Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales transactions with customers in a professional and courteous manner through multiple channels, consumers, dealers and other retail outlets
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Demonstrate product knowledge and educate customers on features, benefits, and pricing
- Trade show and event attendance is often necessary, requiring some out of town travel
- Cold call potential customers to generate new business leads and expand customer base
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet company objectives
- Utilize retail math skills to calculate prices, discounts, and commissions accurately
- Manage as assist team members with questions and product knowledge

Qualifications:
- Strong sales skills, particularly in sporting goods and retail channels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to cold call and generate new business leads
- Ability to effectively manage inventory control and perform regular audits
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of market trends and customer preferences in the industry

Please note that previous experience as a firearms/suppressor/ballistic shield and ammunition sales representative or sporting goods industry knowledge is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who possesses the necessary qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,483.00 - $64,637.00 per year
